Prime Insurance Company Limited and Bimafy Limited have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a Corporate Business Partnership aimed at advancing the digital promotion, sale and distribution of Prime Insurance’s products and services through Bimafy’s innovative digital channels. Now & then Clients can purchase our products directly through Bimafy’s app.
Under this partnership, Bimafy Limited will promote, market, and facilitate the sale of Prime Insurance’s products across digital and other mutually agreed platforms. Both organizations will work in close coordination on marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and customer engagement journeys — ensuring that all activities are fully compliant with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.
The agreement was formally signed by Mr. Abdul Hamid, FCA, Chief Executive Officer of Prime Insurance Company Limited, and Mr. Alvi Nizam Nafi, Chief Executive Officer of Bimafy Limited. The signing ceremony was graced by the presence of Dr. Mohammad Sahadet Hossain, Ph.D., Honorable Chairman of Prime Insurance Company Limited, who attended as the Chief Guest. Senior officials and distinguished representatives from both organizations were also present, marking the beginning of a meaningful and sustainable collaboration.
