This is for kind
information of all concerned that all the Branches & Units of the Company
including Head Office of Prime Insurance Company Ltd. will remain closed from 14th
June 2024 to 18th June 2024 (including weekly holidays 14th
June & 15th June 2024) for celebration of “EID-UL-ADHA-2024”
as declared by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Since, the office will
remain closed consecutively for 05 (five) days (14th June 2024 to
18th June 2024), therefore all the concerned persons of the
Branches, Units and Head office specially the Branch, Unit & Departmental
Heads are advised to ensure the check & re-check their respective
PC/Laptop/UPS, other electronic appliances including the main switch of
electricity whether those have been turned off properly, all official
documents/ files kept under lock/safely before leaving the office.
In addition, all
In-Charge of Branches & Units are also advised to ensure the security of
the Branch & Unit during the vacation period and lock the main entrance of
the Branches & Units and switch off all the water lines properly in order
to remain safe from any sort of wastage & accident.
At Head office,
particularly Head of the HR & Administration and Establishment. &
Logistics Department and Head of IT Department are advised to ensure jointly
the security of the Head Office during the vacation period and lock the main
entrance of the Head Office and switch off all the water lines properly in
order to remain safe from any sort of wastage & accident.
Onward 19th
June 2024 normal office activities will be resumed.
All are advised to follow
the instructions properly. Your kind cooperation will be highly appreciated in
this regard.
